Could the Cooper we saw in part one be the good Dale's tulpa? The Fireman's clues have not yet come to light. 'Remember 430, Richard and Linda, two birds with one stone' Perhaps these are clues that pertain to Laura Palmer and Cooper's tulpa is the one to 'Find Laura.'

That would add up. The Fireman is giving instructions to Cooper's latest manufacture. That explains the Coop vibe minus the FBI pin. I like it.

I thought that whole conversation was strange in that "I need you to make me another" sort of implies that Mike has made Cooper a tulpa before.

I think he needs Mike to do another (but better) Dougie-tulpa so Janey-E and Sonny Jim can get their dad back. Dale is not gonna settle down in suburbia.
