Around the dinner table, the conversation was lively. Thank you but for now, the forum has been archived.
Here we are
Each one of us is about to experience the culmination of what we've been waiting for the last 25/26 years.
I would like to know what your speculations, fanwanks, dreams and hopes are for the Gran Finale.
This community I've discovered the last 3 months is a pearl in the SuperOpinionatedInternetWorld. Compliments to all of you for showing what man's able to accomplish with Kindness & Decency 😉
You are all good people, guys and gals.
So write a little/huge summary of what will happen in Part 17 and 18.
This is our last week with functioning brains, taking for a fact what will happen to our scalps Sunday night, so let's squeeze the weird out of it and let's complete the puzzle.
May the ONE ONE NINE woman be with you.
Final scene will be the new and improved "Dougie" tulpa walking through the red door to meet Janey-E and Sonny Jim.
Not sure if our beloved and "real" Agent Cooper is still around by then or not? Have a suspicion he may give up his life to save the town/world, but who knows?
As long as it doesn't end with him waking up in room 315 after being shot, I'll be pleased.
Norma and Big Ed will marry and hold their reception at the Roadhouse, with catering by the RR. Entertainment will be provided by "The" Nine Inch Nails, featuring Julee Cruise, playing a selection of Metallica and Half Man Half Biscuit favourites.
Back in Vegas, Tulpa Coop will take over the role of Husband and Father back at the Jones household, then visit the Mitchum Bothers with "An Offer They Can't Refuse", working as undercover agents for the newly reorganized branch of the FBI, following the dismissal of the entire current staff.
Candie will run the casino, having shown herself to be a business genius. A small change to their business strategy will mean that the majority of their profits go to funding new orphanages and facilities for deprived children.
Battling Bud will become a Bureau consultant, leaving the day to day running of Lucky 7 in the hands of a now reformed and entirely trustworthy Tony.
Final scene will be Albert and Constance announcing their engagement at Norma and Big Ed's wedding, only to be interrupted by a dishevelled Cooper, staggering in and speaking inexplicably in a Geordie accent, "Hadaway an' shite, man! Ah'm abserlootley knackered! Giz a bottle o broon, bonny lad!"
It could happen. 😉
If someone's dreaming it all, I'll pack my bags and never return.
It won't be that. It can't be that.
It'll be exciting as funk.

Oh boy, have we got news for you. 😉
I don't think it's gonna be a happy ending. At the moment you think all is fine and evering is restored in Twin Peaks we'll get a shocking cliffhanger. Trust me 😉

Not to get too graphic, but assuming Tulpa Dougie goes on to be husband to Janey-E, does Mike have to make sure he's as well, you know, uhhh, "gifted" as Cooper was physically? Because otherwise Janey E may feel like she got jipped in this whole body-switching game.

If he's a proper duplicate, I'm sure he will be just as "gifted", as you coyly put it.
Whatever it will be, will be fine but I WANT to see some old, never seen before and super duper scary footage of BOB... Oh dear Frank Silva, you're really missed here:(
Oh and by the way: do you think we'll get some time jump? Like few months later or something? Cause it's a bit strange to have all this 25 years later and all summer od Twin Peaks (yay!!!) just to condense all the action during few days?
Did I forget to mention the chorus line Woodsmen, fronted by Andy, singing "I'm Just A Girl Who Can't Say No"?
I believe I did forget to mention it.
Anyhow, that's the way it ends. Trust me.

In true Mel Brooks fashion.
The girl with no eyes in jail is the daughter of Bad Cooper and Diane and her name is Judy. When Andy brought her out of the woods he said 'she is special and they will try to kill her' she would be very special as she would be possibly the only living thing on the planet born of 2 tulpas which is why Philip Jeffries said 'we are not going to talk about Judy'. Also she looks about mid 20's which makes her about the right age. In episode 15 the smoking pot thing (Philip Jeffries) gave Judy's location as the coordinates of Twin Peaks and said that Bad Cooper 'had already met Judy' - a bit of a stretch but if he is her dad well then he has sort of met her.
So everything has been driving towards bad Cooper finding his long lost daughter
I just find the term "fanwank" troubling. Please say it's just a fine, innocuous British term.
At 56 I must certainly be the oldest person here. 🙁 Or, too out of it.
