Did Cole know at that point that Cooper was on the hospital? I may have missed something, but I wasn't sure if those LV FBI men who showed up at Dougie's house (along with Chantal & Hutch and the Mitchums) were aware of what had happened and that the family was at the hospital.

The sounds and rhythms do give a sense that Cole "knows" before we expect him to.

I had noticed that at first as well. The quick cut kind of did make it seem as though the sounds are related. But after seeing a few other people say similar things, we really don't know how much Albert and Gordon know. They've been working for at least almost 30 years in the Blue Rose sector. Maybe it's a tulpa detection system... Or some way to contact other dimensions. Maybe it's a system for monitoring space telecommunication or something. Maybe the white and black lodges are spaceships. Maybe Audrey is dreaming all this. While I particularly hope that last one isn't true, after Sundays episode I kinda have no clue what to expect.

Exactly - thanks for the confirmation,... I believe, and have always believed, Gordon has some pyschic ability especially when it comes to sounds and I think he is tuned in to a lot .  From his reaction in the scene I don't think he knows quite what the info he is tuning in on means but I believe he knows something major is happening .... I think he knew the same when he was tuned into Diane walking down the hall.
