i thought I noticed where the bleeps from Coop's heart monitor carried thru to the bleep of the computers when Gordon is standing in the room filled with them.  Has anyone noticed and ckd that out?

I did not notice that.  But I will be watching again very soon and will look out for that detail.

I tried to line them up or count out cadence, and I don't see it, but it would be an interesting connection if someone could match it up.  I do suspect there is meant to be a parallel with the dependence or prevalence with the hospital and the FBI on those types of diagnostic machines.

Let me know if you catch that or if I was "dreaming"?

Yea I just remember thinking the beep from the heart monitor carried over ... I will have to watch again... but I may have noticed something not there.  I also thought that could explain the look on intent concentration with Gordon.  It was like he was contemplating something and was not quite in the moment.  Would be an interesting connection for sure.... what it would mean?  That's another whole conversation!

They certainly cut right from the FBI machinery to DougieCoop's heart monitor.  Some juxtapose there.  I kept looking at stills of the FBI stuff to no avail, a lot of it was mapping waves, maybe sound, maybe electromagnetic, maybe who knows.  But it did make me think of Bobby's description of Garland's listening station - "I just remember there was a lot of machines in there", or however he phrased it.  Listening for the song of the lodge I expect.

Ok I'm not a dreamer!!  But I did get it backwards..... the beeping is there when Cole is in the Room of machines and carries right over into next scene in the hospital..... if you listen to the scene with Cole you can hear it and then becomes really obvious when carries over to hospital scene again.... now what it means??

Ah nice, I hear it now.  I confess, I was looking at the images, not listening to the sounds (didn't have the volume on at the time...).  Good ear!

I feel like someway Gordon was in tune to it.

Definitely the case. Dale's heart monitor can be heard through much of the scene in the Buckhorn motel.

Gordon is in tune to a whole lotta freaky  stuff, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Yup, first thing I noticed was the seeming overlap between the two scenes.

BTW, the exterior of Mayfair Hotel in Buckhorn, South Dakota, was filmed in Los Angeles (Pomona) : https://goo.gl/maps/6DGojnhhcMN2

Have you also detected where the Zone has been filmed? There's a sort of palm tree which can't live in South Dakota countryside.
