The way Special Agent Randal Headley yells "Wilssssonnn!!" at Agent Wilson sounds like a flip of George Wilson yelling "Dennnisss!!" at Dennis Wilson in the old cartoon Dennis the Menace. It's doubtful that Lynch or Frost were thinking about cartoons while writing Twin Peaks, but it jumped out to me.

Very true. The name "Wilson" was probably the only reason this came to mind for me.
