Around the dinner table, the conversation was lively. Thank you but for now, the forum has been archived.
Just watched it. Awesome!
The screaming girl at the end! David Lynch is creating a masterpiece here!
I've got a feeling that the last episode is going to be like Lynch grabbing us and slamming us against the wall.
I agree, totes amazeballs!
I loved the Mr C scenes. Completely enthralled by it.
And I'll be honest. I did a proper fist pump when Ed and Norma embraced!
Big confused with some scenes but, you know. That's all part of the fun 🙂

I loved the amount of time we got to say goodbye to Margaret.
Me too. It was v sad.
It didn't really seem like the character talking, more like Catherine Coulson coming to terms with her own mortality.
I found it very difficult to watch, actually. But it was also a poignant send off.
Congrats on both of y'alls deputization. Just waiting for Sam to become sheriff now . . .

Sheriff? I'm aiming for Fireman, mate.

After all the Fireman talk, I suddenly remembered Jim Carrey's very disturbing fireman character from In Living Color so many years ago when he was coming up. I wonder why Jim Carrey and David Lynch never hooked up for a project.
Today I went to the mall with a friend who came into town, where I haven't been for months so I haven't been keeping up with fashion much (mall fashion as it were), and the first thing I saw were mannequins wearing shirts with the word FIRE blazoned across their chests. It's a hot time to be a Fireman (or Firewoman).
If I can ever find them, I'll scan and post some old pics of the band I was in, back when the original Twin Peaks was showing. I painted Fire Walk With Me on a shirt I wore for gigs.
Nothing to do with fire, but when I was in high school I wrote "I've got a real indication of a laugh coming on" on my shoes (one of my favorite songs from FireWWM). Yes many wtf looks did I receive.

All episodes he was in, apparently: https://youtu.be/iBJOMIsui4I

It's been a long time since I've seen In Living Color.
I had no idea that the season would be this bonkers, but man what a great ride.
It must have been very hard for David Lynch to film those scenes with Catherine. That scene where Hawk breaks the news to the others, David probably had to do that to the cast and crew on the set. Then he had to edit Catherine's scenes after she'd died.
Probably the hardest thing he's ever had to do in his life...
Slightly disappointed with Ep 15, for two reasons:
- I am finally resigned to the fact that there will be no new Bowie scenes.
- Slow pacing again, there is now insufficient time to wrap up anything like all the plot threads that are dangling.
