 I believe the lady who was "waiting for someone" at the Roadhouse might be the same actress as Naido...! Look a this photo of the actress (Nae):

Maybe ... I didn't notice a random character in the credits to pinpoint the screaming lady at the bar.  Anyone?

 

also, that screaming and lights flashing gave me serious flashbacks to Laura's murder and her savage screams

She is credited as Ruby and a different actress....last name Yi. Didn't write it down waiting for on demand to watch it again but not the same actress. Alphabetically right next to Naido actress.

Wasn't it kind of similar to Cooper's crawl to the socket earlier? Maybe this means that what's happening in the roadhouse is connected to Dale's situation?

I've been waiting for Charlyne Yi to appear on the show (she's on the cast list announced in April 2016).

Her and Michael Cera (Wally Brando) used to date, and were great together in the movie Paper Heart.
