I'm posting this FWWM screenshot here because in ep.15 we get the idea that it is the same figure when Mr C enters the Lodge realm(after he asks for Jeffries and the Black figured man turns on the electricity).
He is holding what looks to be a sling shot here, but in ep.15 we only see glimpses of a similar plasted face, one with a long pointed nose and one without.
The slingshot-also in FWWM, after Leland spots Ronnette and Laura in the motel while he was with Teresa, as he leaves the scene the jumping boy with the similar mask(Little Chalfont) appears to be holding a slingshot.
The person we see here could be Mr. Chalfont?
Known as the Jumping Man, and just a day or so ago, Pieter discovered that Sarah Palmer's face appears on his, for a few frames.
Apart from that, I don't really know.

The Giant/Fireman possibly.
I'm sticking with my theory that the giant/fireman is now occupying Andy after their scenes together two episodes ago. I'm not sure jumping man is occupying Sarah but is definitely aligned to her.

Interesting idea Re: Fireman possessing Andy.
I'm sceptical about Jumping Man possessing Sarah as well. Could be that whatever is possessing her, say Experiment, is connected to other Lodge entities and use them to, in this case, keep an eye on Mr C.
