I thought folks commented that Dougie had been missing for 3 days. I could be wrong on this, but that is what my memory is telling me now.
Both interresting questions, though unconnected, methinks. Dougie was suppsedly gambling and whoring for 3 days, but he DID end up where he was supposed to be (as evidenced by the presence of 119 across the street).
Was It Jade who was hired by Mr. Dodd? He won't be telling (barring a backwards-speaking Dodd).

Audrey also says Billy was missing two days. IIRC Dougie mentioned his arm was numbed or something before disappearing, and Steven was rubbing his thigh like there was something wrong with it.

My thought is that steven had a chinese-designer-drug-rash...Dougie's arm numbness clearly ring-related....

That designer drug is causing lots of trouble. We need to see how Red will play into the final episodes. His name and strange magical skills are lodgy. Can't imagine what Shelly sees in him.

I can't find the reference now, but there is someone in TSHOTP (Jack Parsons maybe?) that has the same coin skills as Red.

Just did a search in the book for coin, trick, dime, penny - nothing came up in the search. I'm curious now though 🙂
