Line 1, that's the one that's blinking right now...

I wonder if the phone with the blinking line one we see in Andy's vision was the call Hawk got from Margaret announcing her upcoming death?

Could be. And why would the Fireman put that in the vision,  I wonder.  Maybe to gain Andy's trust,  like he did with Cooper via clues or riddles in Season 2.

Well, she does tell Hawk specifically to be concerned about an individual they've discussed face to face.

I also wondered why Lucy didn't say the whole bit about the one that's blinking when she transferred the call to Hawk. I actually ad-libbed it in just because I was expecting it. It was out of character for Lucy and I wonder if this was intentional because of the emotional gravity of the call or if it was an oversight  or edit.

Ya gotta think...

Let's also keep in mind, the images we see the Fireman show Andy are symbolic of the knowledge he is imparting. I presume that Andy knows s lot. He certainly did seem prepared to support Lucy when

Margaret's death was announced (and this is ANDY, who we know to be very emotional...).
