I just rewatched part 15 and think I noticed something that I haven't seen mentioned.
After Mr C leaves the convenience store there is a short sequence where you see the convenience store with flashing lights before the store fades out. Look at the phone booth. Is that the bosomy woman standing in the phone booth? When there is a light flash the image fades out, but otherwise it looks like her to me, but my video equipment is pretty low end stuff.

From what I can see in the phone booth... no figure appears. Not sure who you mean by the "Bosomy woman" either.
