Sort of kidding around (I think)

Appears to be a tea set (or something similar) behind him.

Doesn't anyone see the irony that the character played by David Bowie is now a tin machine?

I'll get my coat, again

Maybe the coffee was the real focus of the show all along!  😉

In the last episode it will be revealed that the whole thing was a challenge to David Lynch to see if he could get a whole load of people seriously involved in a story of coffee, cherries & creamed corn...

Maybe there are ground zero hubs for everything, including coffee (pots) and cherry pie and creamed corn. And turkey jerky. The closer you are, the more likely you are to get cravings for them in the night.

Duncan Todd doesn't appear to have legs based on the wide shot.  Not that it matters at this point....

That's brilliant, especially since Bowie appeared in FWWM during his Tin Machine period.
