I listened to it, but it sounds more like Albert to me - I'm rubbish at describing accents, but something about the quick way his words cut off... the opposite of a drawl?
Well, that would be enough of a shock that I can't rule it out.
I have no idea why it would be Albert - and I can't think of any reason to explain it, but it sounds a bit like he talks...
Which no doubt he'd disguise if it was him...

Albert would be such a shock. But now I'm thinking about the intense way he looked at Bad Coop at the jail. We've never seen that look in Albert's eyes before. Was it just the guilt of getting the overseas agent killed?
