So now we know who "Chuck" is! Renee's husband who is now in intensive care. But why did he steal Billy's truck?

You're better than me. When she called him Chuck all I could remember was that's a name we heard before but I couldn't remember where he fit in

Wait... Chuck stole Billy's truck?
Yes! Last week apparently Billy came out of his house & saw Chuck driving off with his truck. Billy called the sheriff & the truck was found that same afternoon. Billy did not press charges. Also, Audrey thinks Chuck is certifiable.

Chuck may not be certifiable for that much longer if Hulk-fist man (sorry, can't remember his name) has anything to do with it. I hope he's not stuck in jail for manslaughter. But that would probably be at cross-purposes with the Fireman's plan, unless Naido stays in the jail cell, too.

Oh I think Freddie and James are in that jail for a reason. I think it's a good thing (for Naido) that Freddie and his glove are there.
He has to be in the jail to protect Naido that is the plan.
So wait... I thought (from Audrey's scene in Part 12) that Chuck was married to Tina? The Chuck we saw in tonight's episode is married to Renee.
And now we're supposed to believe that there were two truck thefts around the same time in Twin Peaks?
I wonder if his green glove can bend those bars? Where's Sheriff Cable when you need him?

on a side note, i'm pretty sure that the dude with the green glove could break himself and james out of that prison cell. he could use the glove to twist/break the steel on the doors, it appears to be that strong

I'm not at all convinced that all of the Roadhouse musical scenes are real. I think many (most) of the conversations in the booth (along with Audrey's scenes) are not real... but maybe along the lines as Tammy's mentioning of a tulpa. So don't think any of these details concerning Billy, Tina, etc. matter at all... they are not real.

There was never really any reason to think Chuck was married to Tina, except the mind's tendency to want to make sense of things. They were mentioned proximity is all. And we were bombarded with names in that scene.
But why did he steal Billy's truck? Other than being an asshole?

I'm thinking exactly that. Also, a scared Lucy in Andy's vision will likely be involved in whatever's going to go down.
It would be quite fitting that it all ends very dramatically in Twin Peaks itself, especially the Sheriffs Department; the 'heartbeat' of the original show.
Renées boyfriend was called Trick earlier on, if I remember correctly. Sounds a bit like Chuck, though...

Or I'm just messing things up...
