What's great about this show is that with only three parts remaining she could be unimportant or she could be the answer to everything and we still don't know.

Of course we will see Candie again when Diane c.s. arrive in Vegas. Probably even at Janey E's place, after Coop flew the Coop.
Personally I wouldn't be too fussed if we don't see Candie again. There's nothing about her character I find interesting. I don't find her interesting at all, actually. Just a typical quirky TP character.
This pretty much sums up my thoughts on 1-1-9 girl. Of course, if she is Pennywise, then I'll retract my statement.

Jerry's foot seems to be funtioning a little better than Candie...
Candie spin off. If you thought five minutes of sweeping to green onions was full Lynch then showtime bring you the Adventures of Candie.
Episode 1: Candie looks longingly at the wall for 45 minutes, talks about the cars in the street for 5 minutes then looks longingly at a different part of the wall until the end.
