Wouldn't you, after what happened on the first date..? If it has the slightest chance of being significant for your research, you'd do it. (And this time, you'd bring a frigging camera and film everything so you wouldn't have to rely on your faulty memory!)

I have not watched it a second time yet, but on first watch I got the impression she was being comforted to the front and is going to see both coopers to help them decide which one is the good cooper.  Andy was shown this so he would know what to do to solve the dilemma.

Seems kind of silly after the fact, but was my first idea.
