From Wikipedia:

Tulpa (Tibetan: སྤྲུལ་པ, Wylie: sprul-pa), nirmita (Sanskrit: निर्मित), or thoughtform, is a concept in mysticism of a being or object which is created through spiritual or mental powers. The term comes from Tibetan "emanation" or "manifestation". Modern practitioners use the term to refer to a type of imaginary friend.

I've been digging up some info on Tulpas. Tammy used that word for a reason. It could describe how Dougie Coop was created (by evil coop as a tulpa).

It could also explain what is inside Sarah Palmer. A tulpa is a sentient being that lives inside you. It can also exist outside of u if u desire. it can be manifested to look and act identical to you if u create it that way or it can have a completely different appearance/personality. Tulpas aren't generally evil natured but there's no hard rule saying they have to be good.  Sarah's could be a possessing spirit from the black lodge (and in direct contrast to Laura's white inner entity) or an evil tulpa manifested by all the horribleness in Sara's life. Or maybe it's the bug I dunno.

Also the title refers to being the dreamer who creates the dream and then lives inside the dream. Another part of that saying is about a spider creating the web then living in/on that web.

They all seem to refer to creating something that you end up becoming dependant on for survival for the rest of your life.

ehhh something like that. sorry to ramble.

The 'blue rose' part connects to the dreamer: reality, what someone really is and what reality really is, is a fiction, a dream(can break atoms like nuclear explosion, or go to vortex, self can dissolve/disappear), the person only exists in this dream.  The dreamer is nothing, a void, and only exist in the process of dreaming and relating from void to 'reality' in antagonism, thus the dreamer is nothing/empty, only exists as the process of the fiction which must hold as real, thus it is a 'blue rose' tragedy, people melt away, die, etc., dreams destroyed, their connection to the world finite. When people find out it is a fiction/dream not reality, they dont really exist, non-existence, when their dreams are crushed(Twin peaks is corrupt, Laura Palmer corrupt, nowhere that is different from Philadelphia for Cooper etc.), the world and their sense of self dissolves, they are just a mental creation.  The blue rose woman killed her old self, tragically cannot exist, love-connection fails, becomes sad and killed her true dreams when she found this out, and instead went to the 'wild west' like Mr. C, Dougie, or Billy, trying to regain what was lost.....but its always lost fallen, becomes a never ending hell of direct failure, a nightmare world.....

The recovered woman from the vortex is important because she is the killed woman(electrified herself, shot herself, off into space), the killed woman recovered, returned to start the genuine passion/dream again(what cooper was first trying to talk to before 'mother' intervened), even though it is finite and 'non-existent' at some points.  It is the return of the one who is 'like the blue rose', that was killed in a tragic suicide by Lois; if reality is only a dream/fiction, why not make it the genuine dream instead of the one lashing out because of the failure/falling/failing to exist, etc...  If reality has vortex, we can live the genuine dream, etc., but its not guaranteed, and it is 'a world full of truck driver'.  Thus the return of Laura and her dream of the angels, this is Naido, what Mr. C and Dougie both hide from, pursuing the genuine dreams of Cooper again, justice, community, etc. in a corrupted world.....

Mr. C isn't a tulpa, no one manifested him from their mind. As Hawk says, everyone has a dweller on the threshold. The tulpa was Dougie Jones. At least now we know that Janey-E is a real figure.
