Do you think the last 2 episodes will be a continuation or will it be like a 2 hour movie finally like FWWM?
I think it will be two parts in the way that parts 1 and 2 were, presented together.
I can't even bear to think about the end.
(did I spell bear/bare right?)

Yes! Unless you plan on watching it in the nod. That's fine, btw. I shan't judge.
Oh, maybe we need to set up a mourning section on the forum, for those lost souls who will find themselves adrift after the series ends.
I'm already wondering how I'm going to fill the huge gap that will appear in a few weeks...
If the pope shits in the woods and a bear falls down, does anyone wear a pointy hat?
I can't even bear to think about the end.

Maybe there's a 12 step meeting, Deputy Mynok. Congrats! 😀
It doesn't seem like it can really end so easily and suddenly. Lynch created a world in this work. It seems like someone in the film industry will want to keep revisiting it. It's not just a show or story or mystery. It's a world.
Even if many questions are answered by the end, it just seems that there are so many more places to go, so much more to say. A work of this caliber should be shown on T.V. or film for many years to come. It feels like we just got started......sigh....
I can't even bear to think about the end.

Thank you, Deputy Fisher!
Which deputy of Twin Peaks do you think you're most like?

Definitely Jessie. You?

Probably Andy, to be honest 😀

I hope not to grieve- I hope to have my mind-hole blown, and to celebrate, speculate and contemplate for YEARS. What a gift this has been!

Thank you for that. I was feeling a bit nihilistic but your words are inspiring.
BTW, you have no idea how badly I want to ask you what you teach.
Not really a secret, but let me pause and consider 21st century risk before following my impulse and just telling you...

Thus why I do not ask. 🙂 I not willing to put a lot about myself out there on the internet, I would certainly never ask anyone else to do so.
This thread sort of brings up something that's been in my mind for a couple weeks: the first 30 minutes of FWWM. They really gave us two parts in that film. My feeling is that since episode 8 wrapped, we've been in the similar space as Laura's seven days was to the movie. That is, the bulk of the story was that, and the first fifth of the film served as a very interesting exposition, at least that's how it read back in 1992.
