I really hope there is a payoff to watching the entire shovel commercial twice.
In TSHOTP, Jacoby actually says these words in reference to Nadine in his diagnosis of her after she loses her eye:
"Wow. Patient is really whacked out, poor thing. I mean she is hip deep in the shit."
