Apologies if anyone else has posted this thought. Lately I've been wondering whether the girl (Tracey) was paid by Mr C to seduce the guy, knowing that it would likely prompt the Experiment Model to appear (lust perhaps being an element of fear), thus bringing Mr C one step closer to finding the symbol (whatever it represents).

How could the Experiment help Mr C? Perhaps such a fearful being produces garmonbozia very easily, in its wake. I also think the clue is in the name - Experiment vs. Experiment Model - the latter being a production/test case. Well, the test was successful! And now Mr C can produce Experiment Models pretty much on demand.

Just needs a glass box and a horny young couple 🙂

Hmm.  Interesting.  I'd like to know about the previous observer; who he was and what he saw.

And did his head get bitten off?

Well maybe the couple drew the experiment in. I just had assumed that the experiment expected to find Agent Cooper in there, and possibly destroy him. He was there shortly before, the couple was in the hallway, and Cooper just left the way he came. Interesting idea, that it may have had nothing to do with Cooper, but just to see if the draw would work. Hmmmm...

Cooper didn't exit via the box, so I saw it as a temporary portal opening up which he passed through during his transit.

Of course, it could all be to do with finding Cooper. But we now know that the owl symbol (or whatever it is) is something that Mr C is looking for and (in the words of Hawk) we really don't want to know what it is 🙂

Part 2....8minutes:2seconds:

Mr. Todd: "Tell her she has the job".....did Todd hire Tracey????

After spending 9 hours in June trying to get a fix on the timeline(s) at play here, checking every car plate (TP,LV,S.D.), fingerprint file (S.D., Philadelphia), evidence tag (philadelphia), driver's license (Buckhorn) Security Keypad (NY) and insurance form (LV) the only concrete evidence was Bill Hasting's license plate which expired January, 2016.

I gave up trying to nail down the timeline(s) after that...because of the level of "scrubbing" in the LV, Phil, N.Y., and TP sequences....like, C.I.A. level sanitizing, folks......where am I going with this?....I do still suspect that LV isn't occurring at the same time as Buckhorn or TP (For awhile I thought LV was taking place during the sub-prime mortgage crisis 2007-2010 due to the foreclosure signs-possible misdirection) but I don't know what year it is in LV.......so: Todd could have hired Tracey (who died in Part1) and we didn't see Todd hire her until Part 2-classic Lynchian device/misdirection.

Conclusion: DL is a freakin' Brujo/Shaman....if he doesn't want you to figure something out...you won't.

P.S. In all the research I did find that, somehow, BadCoop and Bill Hastings have the same birthday...August 15th, 1973....it may have been a continuity error....why do I hear DL laughing in my head right now....stop it, damn you!

Just for the sake of being annoyingly thorough...here's the BadCoop/Bill Hastings evidence....yes, I checked to see if anything important happened on August 15th, 1973...just some nuke tests in the USSR...

Ooh, maybe. I had assumed Candie was who they were referring to.

Regarding the time difference - the issue I have is that it was already done pretty well in Westworld, where you had a big time difference twist. I'm not sure what twist can be made from all these events. Or maybe I just don't have the mental capacity to figure it out 😀

No Cooper could have been born in 1973.  That just HAS to be a mistake...

Now, noting that this is not strictly speaking a Part 11  conversation (I am fine with being a rule-breaker, I just don't want to do so unmindfully!), I do suspect that it was the sexual energy that brought the Experiment into the the box, or at least allowed it to ESCAPE the box. I think the idea that it was Tracy that Mr. Todd hired is a neat one, especially as it now seems that Mr. C is behind the NYC operation. The absence of security that fateful night in Manhattan, Tracy's strange interest in getting into that room with him- it kind of makes sense.

Nice observation (and if DL is messing with the timeline in episodes, heck, why should we, in this forum!)

I guess i thought it was an attempt to attack or at least interfere with Coopers moves thru the portals because of what "american girl" had said to him. Something like, "hurry, my mother's waiting" just before he went thru the power socket. Just seems like mother/experiment doesn't have Dale's best interests at heart.

Also, not sure how much power Mr C has at this point. It seems like he is trying to ACQUIRE that power,  and the key is some ugly black buggy-like thing on an Ace card.  "This is what I want," he tells darya just before he kills her. But i am not sure he knows what it really is. He seemed to be wondering if darya had learned anything about it from Ray.

This has been my take as well.

It seems like Mr C (or Bob) is looking for mother/experiment or whatever else it could be to become a more powerful being, I agree. Or work with her/it and take control of the multi-dimensional game, so to speak, and neutralize the White Lodge's power.
