At about 13:20 we get a good look at the ramshackle structure (with 2 large tractor trailer semis parked next door) where Hastings and Ruth Davenport made contact. Could this building have been an early iteration of the penthouse glass box? I noticed several key pieces of the exterior seemed to have been modified. There was also an electric meter on the front of the building. Any guesses as to what was the intention?
