I figured he was trying to emulate his father. It was super creepy. That whole scene was.

I took it to show the kid was standing the same and had the same expression as his father.  Not to mention the same outfit.  So we see how children take after their parents, just after we see Becky acting reckless - she a child of Bobby and Shelly.  Shelly gets up and makes time with her new boyfriend who is the same drug dealer that flipped a dime to Richard earlier.  Not to mention her Leo days.  And Bobby was a coke dealer and killed a guy.  I left it at that lesson alone, but the green vomit girl(?) - who the hell knows?
