Hi All,

Just before Bushnell Mullins puts Cooper in the car with the $30 million check and the overly large pie box, he taps Cooper with a soft left jab to his chin, and says "Knock 'em dead".   Of course, Cooper echos the word "dead," but then he starts to rub his jaw in the same way Mr. C massaged two-eyed-Jack's jaw - resulting in some sort of strange shiatsu assassination.

We know that Mr. C retained Coop's memories when he emerged from the Black Lodge with hitchhiker BOB  - his visit to the hospital, tracking down Diane, etc..

IF Cooper (or anyone else, really) somehow manages to dispatch Mr. C and thereby restores Cooper to his Special Agent self, I would guess that Mr. C's 25-year-long memories may well flood into Cooper.

Can you imagine the angst, the horror, and the well, garmonbozia, that Dale would experience if that happened?  His reaction would call for an almost Olivier-level performance from Mr. MacLachlan, but from what we've seen so far this season, I think he's probably up for it.  😉

Indeed, Ric Bissell - I also started a thread this morning about Dougie Coop squishing his face and flashing on Bad Cooper killing Jack. Matching screenshots are on the post:

Hi Mark,

Yes, I saw it.  But my point was not about fact of the the slight remembrance and reaction that Cooper had.

Rather it was this:

We know that Mr. C retained Coop's memories when he emerged from the Black Lodge with hitchhiker BOB  - his visit to the hospital, tracking down Diane, etc..

IF Cooper (or anyone else, really) somehow manages to dispatch Mr. C and thereby restores Cooper to his Special Agent self, I would guess that Mr. C's 25-year-long memories may well flood into Cooper.
