I wonder if Mr. Todd is part of the funding source for Mr. C. And that Mr. C. is already set up to be at odds with the Mitchum brothers.

The whole scene felt like a sketch. The punchline being that they had breakfast at 2:23 p.m....

Didn't it look like the (Tbag) brother was eating corn or at least cornflakes in that scene?

I don't recognize the Mitchums as "Evil".  Thugs, brutal, violent, criminal... sure thing.  But not evil.  Everything they do is for a valid (to them) reason, whether it's business, or some slight - real or imagined - or because someone needed teaching a lesson.  They are just chavs with smart suits and money.

Real evil is several magnitudes of nastiness away from the Mitchums.  I have only ever met one person I'd describe as truly evil and it was a genuinely terrifying experience.  You don't walk away from that unchanged.

It was breakfast Garmonbozia. Soon to be found on your all day breakfast menu, the McGarmonbozia Muffin.

Raisin Bran.  Like it said on the box.  It's rather nice, too.  If you like bran.  And raisins.

Yes, Bradleywas eating the Bran.  But I'm not fully convinced that's what Rodney was eating.

Well, he had the toy submarine, so who knows?

Rodney looked to be eating Corn Pops cereal (formerly called Sugar Corn Pops before sugar was considered evil), while Bradley clearly poured Raisin Bran into his bowl.

He's the guy that rips open the box upon getting it home and dumps out the cereal to get to the toy.  Then he puts it all back and closes the box and puts it on the shelf like nothing happened.  Of course he has the toy submarine.

And I agree, they are not evil.  Misguided and possibly a little sociopathic due to being raised as orphans and not being properly taught empathy. Bob is evil.  The Mitchums are.....just doing "the best they can" with what they are given.
