Near the end of season two, as the time for the lodge opening is approaching, we see a couple incidents of hands shaking. Check my memory here, but I think one was a random coffee-drinker in the RR, and the other was Dale, while holding the blinds open.
It makes some sense that, having stood in the open gateway, his nervous system (which works via electrical impulses!) may be affected somehow. I don't think it is just "nerves"...
