Gordons hand shakes. The arm tremble we've seen effect other charecters through out the series. Is this an effect from entering the lodge? Wearing, investigating or being near the Ring?
And where is Agent Chester Desmond?
I laughed out loud at that scene, in particular when Albert said, 'perhaps some warm milk.' Pause. 'For the cat.' Priceless.
I'd agree with you, it could be that humans are affected by close proximity to the 'other' dimension(s). That said we've not scene Dougie Coop suffer from that yet, only the manufactured Dougie Jones.

Coop was affected by it in Season 2 (specifically Episode 27/The Path to the Black Lodge). Perhaps spending 25 years in there he developed immunity...
Or perhaps he brought something back.
I think it's definitely to do with proximity to the portal.
It also happened to people who wore the ring, or maybe they wore the ring following their proximity to a portal?
I'm hoping there's an explanation as to what wearing the ring does soon!
