I think Gordon and Albert either showed the wrong photo of the coordinates to Diane or altered it in some way. Look at them making sure she read and remembered the whole sequence. They even suggest that she should go outside if she wants to smoke, probably wanting her to pass this message on to Bad Coop. What are your thoughts on that ?

Good call.
I think they're setting her up, yes, or using her to help their own investigation. They know she'll send another text. Perhaps, like you suggest, they're waiting to decrypt the reply.
I found a link to a screenshot someone had posted (which of course I now can't find...) and it looks as if Gordon had stuck an extra couple of digits into the photo he showed Diane.
A set up could make sense, but I think this is just a plausible way for Mr. C to get the coordinates so that it will make sense later when he appears at Jack Rabbits Palace. I think the last couple fuzzy digits are to have them exploring instead of pinpoint arriving at the destination. That lets them stumble into various characters, like Jerry and then find Bobby, Hawk, Truman.
It did seem a little canned the way that Gordon asked for the picture and Albert presented it. However, there is a squint in Albert's eye when he notices Diane studying the picture. That seems to be that he caught her in the act and then she noticed. If Albert was in on a set up with an altered photo, I would have expected him to pretend not to notice. Instead, he stared her down.
Even if it's not altered in any way, what better way to catch Mr. C than to tell him exactly where to meet you, via his mole? I, too, think they showed it in front of Diane on purpose.
They may be setting her up, but surely they'd act less suspicious; Albert gave her a long, suspicious glare.
I think that if it's a set up, it's more Gordon's doing and Albert may have been unaware. There was a moment at the end of the scene (of after Macklay sits down, not sure now) when Gordon looks at Diane that might be telling. I thought Gordon was genuinely shook up, but perhaps he wasn't and was playing it cool to lure Diane into the trap.
So, it seems like you all think that Diane is actually working with Bad Coop?

Albert and Gordon think she is. I think she's working with Jeffries.

No, but I think she's doing *something* and not being upfront with Albert & Gordon. I don't think she's working directly with Mr C, but there's something else going on...

... and the fact that Hastings' death hardly phased her... she's seen this stuff before
Also... I've just watched the episode again, and there are still a few things niggling me:
She 's mouthing the numbers. Gordon & Albert are hamming it up in the 'Oh, do you want to see the picture?' routine & she's doing the same - making it really obvious she's memorizing the numbers.
Going for a cigarette to text ?somebody. Except she didn't go. She had a perfect excuse to say 'Fuck you all and your lungs' and go outside - but she didn't.
So, who was this performance for? Are Albert & Gordon and Diane all going through some kind of display for their audience (Tammy & Mackley) or is there another reason for it?
The bit about the co-ordinates was when Tammy & Mackley were out of the room. I'm thinking more along the lines that Diane has been bugged (and threatened that she must do it ) and they're all following a script to deliberately send information.
The 'something wrong' Gordon 'felt' when he hugged her may have involved noticing a wire, rather than any sort of intuition...
