The subtitles have been wrong before, in particular the Bing/Billy mix up.

Showtime issued a statement on the Bing/Billy mix up though. Still no word of retraction yet. I'm not convinced it's Annie.

Not Showtime. The exec producer cleared that up personally.

I rewatched the scene a few times, even put headphones on. I'm 150% sure he says Candie the first two times. I guess the third time it might sound like Annie, but also like Candy said a little faster, which is something you might do after repeating something a few times, or if you said it in the context of a phrase (Candy look at me) instead of just saying the name.

There's definitely something about Candie, even the fact that the cut she gave Rodney healed overnight (probably thanks to Dr. Philip Gerard) and Bradley saw it in his dream (definitely thanks to Philip Gerard) makes me wonder if her attempts of killing the fly that resulted in Rodney's injury weren't also orchestrated by our favorite One Armed Man and if that might explain her confusional state. But I wouldn't read too much into this, as much as Lynch loves to drop hidden hints and clues, this seems a little too hard to notice to make sense.
