I noticed there's a glitch in one of the security cameras when Candie is talking to Anthony.
At around 31:30 you see a close up of the security cameras, and you can see the time is 02:35:43:xx in the one to the right. And then it flips back to 02:35:33:xx.
It looked to me like it's happening over and over in this 10 second interval. Maybe it's supposed to mean something, like some of the camera feeds have been tampered with.
It looks like the frame that is frozen is a bet on 8 with two corner bets on 4-5-7-8 and 7-8-11-12.
Not sure what to make of it.
Yes - I watched it count up to :42 then go straight back to :33. Then there's a shot of Rodney Mitchum doing that annoying side-to-side head movement that Richard Horne does.
When we go back to the camera, it has moved up & to the right & we can't see the lower left machine & player any more. As you say, the clock seems to keep jumping back 10 seconds...
Also Candi's hand motions when she is talking to Anthony are identical but mirrored.
She talks to him pointing to one side of the casino.
Leans back in and makes the same motions to the other side of the casino.

Does her arm ever bend backwards?
One of the security team may be replaying a segment in order to catch someone cheating, perhaps.
I know Occam's Razor doesn't always work in Twin Peaks but this one may be an exception.
