Jeffrey, I like the connections.  I think Tracey is sent and it would make a lot of sense looking on behalf of someone else.  Like you say, I think there are more than two groups as well, some connected to the transcendent some very worldly.  I suspect the Tracey connection is transcendentally motivated.

I think that Mr. C and Jeffries are on the same side, but that doesn't mean that maybe they are edging each other out or in some competition.

Chet would be a great curveball, and looking at the picture, I could see that as FBI agent in trench coat.

And if there's a connection back a Senator, that would be pretty cool as well.  What looked like a comical oddball throw away scene could have a lot more significance.

Personally I'm not buying any of this. 

Coop appeared in the box when he was in between worlds. He might not be picked up on the camera.

Just to clarify, I meant it doesn't mean they aren't edging each other out or in some competition, as in they may seem to be aligned, but are really just looking for an opportunity to take the other out.
