Teresa Banks wore the green ring, she had a numb left arm according to the waitress she worked with. The manufactured Dougie had a numb left arm and also wore the ring. The ring was left behind by Teresa, unlike manufactured Dougie's ring. However, what was her connection with the Blue Rose mystery if she wore the ring?

I don't think Teresa Banks was manufactured because her body was seen floating in the lake and was examined at the Deer Meadow police station. If she had been manufactured like Diane or Dougie she would have disappeared into the Red Room of the Black Lodge like these were when they were killed or no longer needed.
