I did this but my posts show up under my twitter handle, instead of the user name that I created. It also brought in my twitter profile pic. I have no ability to change either.
Hello, I have blundered by not noting the correct password when I registered today. Now I cannot change my password, as I've no idea what the correct (random numbers suggested by bots) one was.
My question: Would an Admin kindly help me set a new password before I get signed out and can never return with this user name? THANK YOU

I am having difficulty resetting my password. I am currently unable to logout. I was hoping to have my posts appear with the username I created, and I think I created a problem. Please help.
Chiming in to say that I entered the forum via Facebook, but then I was uneasy with using FB (a sociophobe trying to use social networks, recipe for disaster).
So I created a username (Paola-E... so silly) and password - while I was logged in with FB, which I think was a mistake. I never saw my user name appear, only my real name in FB.
Now I can enter the forum both via FB and via my username. If I click on my round icon on the right, I could also be able to change my visible name and icon, and add a signature, and this is all damn good...
But the profile page thus accessed still recognizes me by my Paola-E user name, and there seems to be no way to change it or delete this account to create a brand new one! I've had a much better idea for a username...
Any suggestions? Or shall I work with what I have, berating myself because I didn't think about my better username sooner? Thanks!
I'm having a similar problem. I already sent an email through the contact form, sorry if I wasn't supposed to do that, or for repeating myself if it isn't an issue.
I signed it via my Twitter and now it's disregarding the username I set and it links to my Twitter profile. I also have no idea what my password is. Any help would be appreciated.

I still have to log in as Paola-E but the end result is ok. Please let me know if I stole someone else's avatar or name, since it's not a very original choice.
