Hello Everyone,

I used to live in the Puget Sound Area, drove my ex GF to extras casting in Snoqualmie for the original series, Went to a Prom in the Kiana Lodge in 88 and recently just revisited with my current Fiance' to take pictures, have Cherry Pie and Coffee.

So what I am trying to say is that I have experience with the general area yet I have NEVER been to the Twin Peaks Festival.  The site says it draws a few hundred people each year (which is a lot for that sleepy town) but I was wondering if anyone has attended and what their thoughts were on going?

I live in LA now so it isn't an easy trip, just wanted to make sure it was worth it...

Thanx,

Jack

Unfortunately it only allows a few hundred people now. 500 if memory serves me correctly.  It's the big open fest that it used to be.

I was at the very first one. I didn't even know until a few months ago it was still going on.

And welcome toothed forum. 🙂

So am I to understand that NO ONE from this community besides Brandy has attended the Twin Peaks Festival?

I know it is a lot of commitment, unless you live nearby.

F&%K it, I am going anyway.

I'd love to travel to the northwest.  If I knew could do so, I would try to make the trip in order to attend the festival as part of my stay.  Maybe the festival will be jazzed up this year since the show aired.  When is it?  Do they advertise?

I plan on it, it all depends on the timing (dates they choose.)

I can only get back up to Puget Sound so many times a year.

Definitely keep watch.  There are limited seats and apparently they sell out really really fast.

In addition and BTW, anyone visiting the PACNW is invited to hit me up for meet and greet at the Snoqualmie brewery, home of the Ghostwood Kolsch.

So here is my initial issue with with the festival:

I have pictures of me at a prom at the Kiana

I have pictures of my girl wrapped in plastic at the log at Kiana

We have had the cherry pie and coffee at Twedes (not as good as Cooper makes it out to be) and we have those pics.

We have pics on the entrance to North Bend from Snoqualmie where the Twin Peaks sign should be.

We have pics on Ronette's bridge.

We have pics of the log in north Bend and pics of where the saw mill should be.

We have pics of the roadhouse exterior (wrong color)

SO it is HARD to justify $350 per person to get a pic of the palmer house and maybe some actors autographs if we are lucky.  I guess it all depends on the funds and the timing....

I agree. Thus why I have never pushed to actually attend.  I was at the first one, I'm good with that.

BTW, there are more places and pics to be taken. And the coffee/pie at the MatT/Twedes was never very good.

Please tell me you have pics of the Salish and falls too.  Wasn't on your list.

Of Course...more falls than the Salish.  The inside doesn't look anything like any part of Twin Peaks but we have several pics of the outside....

With Mist even...

Can you please list the places and pics I am missing so I can check them off the list on my next visit back to the area?

Thanx,

Jack
