I don't think we even need "something clever" in the final episode to make a rewatch (or two, or three...) a whole different experience. It's a sort of eternal Return!
I'm looking forward to rewatching it as an 18-hour whole.
In the meantime, I think getting it in weekly doses with plenty of time to process has it's own rewards (and frustrations!).
This is the only current thing on TV I am really watching (on Netflix, actually). I don't "do" Forums either (just this one and a music-related one) but I just needed to "talk" to someone else about what I'm watching. I have the impression that no-one round here even knows that Twin Peaks is back.
That's how I feel... And squinting so I don't catch any spoilers from the conversation snippets.
I can't hang around until 1am to watch as I have to get up early tomorrow at 430am (yes, 430!). The wait gets more excruciating every week...

I'll be watching in t minus two hours!
*Taps chair impatiently*
T-minus two hours for me.
I had a meeting today with a gent from Seattle. He showed me a pic of his holiday home which is surrounded by Douglas Furs.
He was a Twin Peaks fan as well.
Maybe he's actually on the forum...
I have occasionally had to watch not in "real time" , but I find the idea that there is TP n the world that I have not yet seen VERY disconcerting (and not just because of spoilers).
