Auto-correct feature

Hi Pieter, et al.,

Is there way to disable the "auto-correct" function? It persists even when I am using my computer, not a mobile device.

It's rather like Cole's tendency to misconstrue other's speech due to his hearing impairment.

In that it's funny (in a sort of callous way) but doesn't make effective communication any easier. At least, IMO.

Can it be toggled on/off?

Or, perhaps this has already been addressed elsewhere...

Hmm odd I don't have an autocorrect issue when I'm on my computer, only when I'm on my phone. Is it possible that it's a setting on your computer?

I don't have auto correct, either. Not that I need it, since everything from my kneybaord is speeld corsctly.
