DoppelCoop wants information - coordinates - in the possession of Hasting's secretary. Clearly, DoppelCoop was in communication, at the very least, with Phyllis Hastings - and so involved with Ruth's murder. She's their local librarian. Might she have been killed because she had information or because she knew too much about DoppelCoop/Phyllis's/Hasting's activities? They might've been carrying out research at the library, I'm thinking
It's getting quite frustrating not knowing anything more about Ruth. But once the FBI gets involved, I'm sure we will.
