Just a few little sentences to, possibly, shed some light on this topic:
"Similarly, with Twin Peaks, what is the feeling you get when you're on the set for the Black Lodge? Is it a warm feeling?
I call it the "Red Room." And the Red Room is sort of a junction point. It can be a very good feeling and it can be not so good."
Yes I saw that quote and it confirmed to me that I always felt it was a waiting toom
I've always figured the lodges were not so much locations but associations, alliances of entities.
I call it the "Red Room." And the Red Room is sort of a junction point. It can be a very good feeling and it can be not so good."
Yes I saw that quote and it confirmed to me that I always felt it was a waiting toom
Just be the PITA that you all know me to be, keep in mind that KM says this, starting with "I call it...." That seems to be more his interpretation than the writers' title.
I always called it the waiting room or red room so I want this quote to be definite. I just don't know that it is.
