Here is how I have taken it:
Everything that we have seen from Season 1, 2, 3, and FWWM happens for the 1st time. So far, no paradox has been created. When time travelling, before that 1st paradox can happen, the actual journey of going back in time to change an event has to happen. Yes, we could chat all week about Cooper changing the past and therefore nothing that we have seen could possibly happen. Except it did and it happened exactly as how we saw it.
Now, in history of twin peaks we are shown a little evidence that things are changing with history. That the folks of Twin Peaks state that Laura simply disappeared, but when pressed about it, they say "yeah, that is how I remembered it" (that laura died instead).
I can best describe it as this:
You have a pond that is completely still. That is our original viewing of twin peaks, with the center being Twin Peaks, and closer to the bank would be New York.
The final episode of season 3 is a good sized rock (we can call that rock Cooper). Cooper goes back in time (the rock is thrown into the middle of the pond and creates ripples). Those closest to the center (Twin Peaks) will have their memory of reality shifted first, while those outside Twin Peaks (buckhorn, new york, the FBI office) will still remember things as WE the viewer originally saw them (perhaps that is the unofficial version that Jeffries speaks of), but eventually even their memories will change as "time" catches up.
Wow! Where did you find this/which episode??? Mind is blown ?
Where DID you find that? And I love that they didn't use the homecoming/prom queen pic.
The colour of her hair there almost seems Carrie Page-like

it's a photoshop, combining this original image with a publicity shot of Sheryl Lee found on getty images: https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/gallery-shoot-date-may-11-1990-sheryl-lee-news-photo/139101083?#gallery-shoot-date-may-11-1990-sheryl-lee-picture-id139101083
Gutted. Genuinely gutted. I thought that was a great find

Found it in my mind. With Photoshop help. And one hour to doing it.
Sorry, I was thinking it was appearing obviously as a fake (this is not my first crime of this kind here).
Or maybe it's a capture from season 4 episode 1.
I was thinking it was perfect with this topic : Laura Lives!
I figured it was photoshopped. 🙂
Just didn't know it was you. Nice job!
Well, good work sir, it had me fooled (not that it takes much!)
Vrey Very long time lurker, first time poster. Greetings to all.
From the moment I first saw Carrie Page, I assumed immediately that the missing page from the diary and this person were linked, in some way. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Laura had had another dream, in which she had a different name and lived in Texas.

Welcome long time lurker. Glad you decided to join us. ?
Yeah, that name big still gets me. Hadn't really thought about what was written on that page, but what you are saying makes a lot of sense.
And now that I'm thinking about the missing page, I'm obsessing. Why did they go through all of that to find the thing that was missing and would be found with Hawk's heritage, finally, after 25 freakin years find the missing pages of Laura's diary.....only to still have a missing page!!!!! WHY WHY WHY?!?!?!?!?!?
Because, perhaps the page was found....in Odessa!
That's my theory, anyways. For all we know, one of the whispered conversations from Laura to Dale could have entailed this very thing.
It's just another one of those details that got so much time spent and then just......disappeared........ ? ? ?

I agree and I thought it was generated accepted that Carrie was the missing page. Yes? No?
