What is it about the blue filter in this scene?

Hello,

Yet another desperate theory before the end.
Maybe i should have posted this in "part 4", hope you apologize.

I have not read about anyone else emtnion ths, so maybe it is just som bug on nordic HBO.

In episode 4, when Gordon, Tammy and Albert leaves the jail, suddenly the "athmosphere" turns into a blue colour, and stays so for the rest of the scene.

This does not look natural, is someone dreaming?

I wondered if they were being spied on from someone in the building.

Honestly, I think it's David Lynch stressing that "it doesn't get any bluer."

That's a good take.
