Janey-E was the heroine of the season. To me she was the most "real" character. Of course in one reality she was Diane's cousin, but I'm a bit burned out on over-speculating about minutiae.

You're right Ric. But we still may think, with an optimistic way, Cooper/Richard (whatever he is/was) tried to give a happy life to Janey E and Sony Jim, and of course Dougie. 🙂
