As we could see in the episode 8, a womancreature puked out BOB, and many eggs.
As far as i can see, the eggs looks familiar with the eggs that the froggy thing came out from.
Wonder where the other eggs went .. .

All over, I imagine. I've had a working theory for a while now that many swallowed moth-frogs and they've been dormant; only to metamorphose when Experiment wants them to. Perhaps several folks now living in Twin Peaks swallowed them.
Of, course, the moth-frogs could also be metaphorical. Ten more hours to go!
