so Mr C follows coordinates and finds the spot where Naido was found and gets pulled into the White Lodge... but into a cage in the white lodge.  Fireman wants to send him right back out of the lodge ... but interestingly enough the first location we see on the Fireman's screen is the Palmer house and the Fireman waves his hands to flip the screen to near the sheriffs station.  Soooooo... are we to assume that Mr Cs ultimate goal was to get to the Palmer house and the Fireman changed that ... instead sending Mr C to his doom?

As somebody else already said, and I'm going to revisit, I don't know that I trust the Fireman to be entirely altruistic. He may have some self serving motivations too.

Hmmmm.  Just one of dozens of details to consider.  There was certainly SOMETHING going on in that house beyond what we witnessed.

I have to say, half jokingly, Andy must not have been paying close attention to his "lesson" or otherwise he would have known that this was one of 2 Coopers.  Good ol' Andy.

If Sarah is host to Judy/Mother/(Chalfont?) whatever she may be called, I think reuniting Bob with her would have been his motive. Perhaps it was set to the Palmer residence for if/when Cooper entered with Laura, they would have been sent there to confront the evil.
