Every week I've thought quite carefully about what the title could refer to. Never once had it right. It's curious even when Lynch feeds me information in advance, the show always manages to subvert my expectations and surprise me. It's wonderful. In an age where we're programmed to expect a twist, with so many TV shows I figure them out in advance, simply because I know something is there to be found. But Lynch and Frost dive around my thinking and my projections and I'm loving being truly surprised again. And not just once. Week after week.

This. Each week I have an hour of just sitting with my jaw agape because I just didn't see what was coming. At all.
I also don't want to know any Twin Peaks spoilers at all. Any other programme, I don't care (or indeed actively seek them out). But I don't want anything to ruin the story Lynch/Frost are trying tell. Coming here and reading and sharing wild speculation is as far as I'm prepared to go.

Dale Cooper turns back to the FBI (not sure, just my hope).
The new Douglas Jones, with better features, crosses the red door at Lancelot Court, hugs Sonny Jim and Janey-E, kisses her and then his wife says:
"Are you back? What is your name? Your real name?"
"Douglas Jones."
Soon after: "Starring Kyle MacLachlan"
What is your name, asked to someone we have never seen before. Answer: Linda,or Judy.
