Mr. C is all about what he wants that is for sure.
Richard and Mr C in the same place..... what will that bring?
Insanity.
And now he got the coordinates he wanted. Will them take him back to Twin Peaks?
When he had Ray put on the ring, I knew It's "curtains" for Ray.

So if putting on the formica ring means that your body appears in the Black Lodge, does that mean that Teresa Banks also appeared in the Black Lodge?
Mr. C is all about what he wants that is for sure.
Yes. But he isn't entirely clear about where this is all headed, either. He has been confused about who wanted him killed, and why. The answer he got from Ray didn't settle anything.
I must confess I felt some strange sympathy toward Mr C in that barn. I liked watching him win the arm wrestling. Good grief.

Nice.
I loved the exchange with the banker guy after everyone else vacated the room. "Do you need some money?" "No."
I chuckled and said "I want some money."

It was shown before he was in doubt that he was actually talking to Jeffries. So someone could just be calling themself Jeffries.

Diane, perhaps??? Or, 'The Dutchman?'

This has been driving me nuts. Banks is the only one who died with the ring on that we didn't see in the Lodge/waiting area. Why? Plot hole? Isn't she making an appearance this season?

We don't actually know that Teresa Banks was wearing the ring when she was killed. We do know that she wore the ring when she was together with Laura and Ronnette; and we also know that she wore it when that photograph in her trailer was taken. Lastly, we know that the ring was on her finger when she became very dirty at some point before or after she was killed. However, we never saw the ring on her finger when Leland bludgeoned her TV and then her to death. And of course the ring wasn't on her finger anymore when the body was recovered in Wind River (?); and thus the ring was definitely not on her finger for the FBI's autopsy. Beyond that, we don't actually know much about Teresa's ring experience.

For sure! Looks like there's going to be party in Twin Peaks sooner than later. Let the showdown commence.

It would appear that while the physical body remains in this 3D world, both the ring and the deceased person's Soul drops into the Lodge.
However you're right. We didn't see the moment of death for Banks. Was the ring still on her finger?! Yet another question to have answered.

Yup. Red ones.
