At times, have a feeling: Cooper=Lynch.
How do you mean? Please explain.
Lynch stated that Bushnell Keeler (and i asume the charracter was named after him) played an important role in his life/career His first short "movie" was of him although DL called it a "home-movie" Sailing with Bushnell Keeler - a home movie by David Lynch c.1967

the only concrete thing I took from that scene... 3 bottles of vodka wasn't nearly enough... it seemed there was plenty of tomato juice left though LOL
Hi Dragon,
Bloody Mary mix recipe:
- 3 cups (24 ounces) tomato juice.
- 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 1 medium lemon)
- 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 2 medium limes)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
- 2 teaspoons peeled and finely grated fresh horseradish.
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt.
C'mon, Sarah's a serious drinker, she's not gonna settle for plain tomato juice. (At least I hope not!)

wow, I honestly had no idea it could have such a fancy recipe...
(anyone else get the impression she would've grabbed several more bottles while shopping for vodka? not so sure Sarah is a 'serious' drinker... but certainly a 'picky' one... only 3 bottles of Smirnoff and she passed on any other brand)

Hey, sometimes you gotta have some standards. Settle for nothing less than the crisp refreshing taste of Smirnoff Vodka.
She used bottled Bloody Mary mix, too. I can't see her following a recipe anymore at this point in her life.

I've been known to use bottled mix before now. It's a lot easier than farting around with tons of ingredients for something as long winded as a Bloody Mary. Ice - Mix - Vodka - Stir - Drink. Rinse and repeat ad lib.

Shaken, not stirred please... (sorry, I don't even drink anymore)
kind of a silly question (cuz I could google it) is Canada the only country to celebrate Boxing Day?

We "Celebrate" it, in much the same way as we "Celebrate" Christmas. Eat too much, drink too much, sit around, watch telly, play games, fix the kids' broken toys, that sort of thing.
Honestly, for all but a few, Christianity is pretty much irrelevant in the UK.
It's a public holiday here - they're called "Bank Holidays", for a long winded reason you can Google if sufficiently interested.
Scotland don't tend to celebrate Christmas or Boxing Day so much, New Year (Hogmanay) is a big deal there, though.
That boxing match could be from the fifties right?
August 6, 1956 The Dumont Television Network had his last broadcast. Boxing from St.Nicholas Arena, was the last aired program. It is the day after august 5, 1956. The day the woodsman unleast his spell and the frog thingy crawled into the mouth of the New Mexico girl.
!Also Dumont had it's official beginning on the day that the Bomb was dropped on Nagasaki, august 9, 1945, yes you read that right... That's a way of choosing your faith of course. But we know how electricity can play a role in the world of Twin Peaks so maybe the boxing match Sarah is watching is a message. Or more even a signal for what`s inside her to come forward. ``Mother`` recognizes her own original signal and the medium it was brought by.
