Judging from how "Audrey" was lashing out at Twin Peaks on Twitter, I'm guessing her character is fairly minor and just adds some mystery/intrigue to the story, and Charlie is just the character actor opposite her....with sausage fingers, a crystal ball, and a rotary dial phone.
I'm coming round to the idea that Charlie is either her doctor, or a part of her personality, and that she really is in a coma, or awakening from one.
No chance that the Audrey plot will reappear for at least three episodes. Surely the Vegas double header will feature this week?
Excellent prediction, Sampson...

At this stage I'm firmly of the opinion that he's a creation of her imagination, all of these scenes are taking place inside her head.
He looks kind of like whoever that was in the photo of Mr. C in the glass box up in NY, but it's not a perfect match. Just a bald, Caucasian dude with glasses. Guy in the photo looks more like Colonel Sanders of KFC fame than he does Charlie.
I don't know. He's not a very effective therapist if he is one, and if he were a shrink he'd be wise to hire a secretary to help with all of his paperwork.
kdawg,
Hes just too tired to hire a secretary, so very tired.
Just going along with the show's 'twin' theme, I'm guessing Audrey's awakening will occur (or not) around the time of Dougie's.
I have to admit, I wonder how Charlie would look in a red suit. Does he dance, do you think?
