I love the confusion between Cooper's doppelganger and BOB.  It's so ambiguous.  When the doppelganger says "Good...you're still with me.", that implied that he is aware that BOB can come and go as he pleases.  Whether that means that BOB needs help from Woodsmen or Electricians in order to do that is unknown.

So when BOB is inside the doppelganger, versus when BOB is outside of the doppelganger, how does that affect the doppelganger?  Does BOB's presence in the doppelganger affect his abilities?  Questions in a world of blue.

They are both strong and they mutually serve one another for me. BadCoop isn't a simple man and that's why he's aware offerte BOB and also why BOB must love to be inside him.

Electricians....

I laughed out loud at that. I hope it was meant to be funny. 😉

I've wondered this too. I got the impression, from the conversation that Mr C. had with "Jeffries", that there was some coveted benefit among doppelgangers to have BOB inhabit them.

I wonder why the Woodsmen took BOB out of the doppelganger.  I originally assumed it was because the doppelganger's body had been physically and mortally wounded, and therefore wasn't any good.  But it looked like the Woodsmen healed the doppelganger.  So is BOB now permanently removed from the doppelganger?  Since we haven't seen it much, i suppose we won't know until the next episode that actually features it (it's been a long time now!)

Ok. I'll let go a little bit more about one of my stupid theories...

When the girl from 1956  is at her bedroom she as teddy on her lap.

Wherelse have we seen a teddy during the show? 😉

Nope, not the same Teddybear. Color of feet is different.

So, who makes the race - Sylvia or Sarah? Curious to catch a glimpse of the knees of one of them. Whoever has those round marks is the 1956-girl.

I mentioned Electricians with Woodsmen because both of them were present in the convenience store scene in FWWM, and they looked like equals, as if both of them were needed to help lodge inhabitants access the human world.  Lynch has obviously brought up the woodsmen again in Season 3, but hasn't brought up electricians yet.

RIP Calvin Lockhart

And remember Colin, David Lynch is all 3 in his own life!  A woodsman, an electrician, and a plumber!

And a furniture maker.

And a painter.

And a quinoa expert.

And a musician.

Quick question: What's "The Experiment"?? Is that a name people have given to something in Episode 8? Or did that title appear in the show and I forgot?

There is the Experiment and the Experiment model, just to complicate things!

My theory: It'll turn out that Cooper, Laura, Bob, blue roses etc. are all completely inconsequential. The final episode will be a tag-team boxing match wherein Battling Bud Bushnell Mullins and Carl Rod beat the crap out of Stephen and Chad.

Will it be on Pay-per-view?

I'm going to assume you've seen part 8 - Gotta Light (aka - like no other).

In part 1 we saw some kind of entity appear then break out of the glass box. We saw it again in part 8 spewing out eggs and a BOB orb, similar to the one the Woodsmen scooped out of Mr C. I'm not sure where the term experiment came from now, but it gained momentum and stuck as a way of describing it. Some say it's the mother of all evil which is perhaps why American Girl (aka Phoebe Augustine - actress who played Ronette P originally) says hurry my mother is coming in part 3. That's what all that banging was on what appeared to be on a door in the corner of the frame.

Albert is a villain.

But he's an awesome super villain, right? He just needs the love of a good coroner to help him see the error of his evil ways.
