I was wondering if there was a place where we could post our own theories of the phenomenon we know as Twin Peaks?

Right here. Or anywhere else that seems appropriate. Twin Peaks as a whole? Just season 3? Where do you think would be a good place?

Twin peaks as a whole, but mostly based on revelations from Season 3..

Pics are coming, Erin has to pic her faves and then they will get posted.

Yeah, I kind of thought the answer was this whole forum : - )

But, probably the General Discussion of Season 3 would be best, since that seems to be where there is the most activity anymore.
