6) not anymore "green glove", and so different killing of Bob

7) less digital old style Computer graphic

Hi Reddix,

Allow me to explain why we are confused and still don't get it.  You keep posting links that do not contain whatever it is that you are wanting us to see.

The only thing I can see is a description of what you are wanting to change and a dvd cover.  I am not seeing whatever it is that you have actually edited.

I'll let one of the moderators chime in here, but I'm going to think that at a certain point, the big blocky images you are inserting here are just advertisements for the .org site.  I think it's neat to make an edit of the 18 hours that makes it flow smoother, however, I also would be hesitant about the legality of having links going to it seeing as there would certainly be some copyright issues at play (and I REALLY don't want Welcome to Twin Peaks to become at risk - I need this site to exist just for my own sanity).

just my 2 cents in trying to explain why I'm confused by this thread.

I keep waiting for someone else to chime in with some clarity or realization.  I feel like it's just me who's missing something here.

I'll be honest, my curiosity is peaked, but I just never could find an actual link to an actual video that was 12 hours and 57 minutes long.

sorry guys, i think that in 2018 fanediting is a big thing, and everybody knows what it is about. Passionate re-editing, for free and so not commercial, of loved movies.

But maybe i was supposing wrong, and not all the people in the world is aware. So my mistake.

Anyway, no mysteries here. I realize now in this forum is not possible PM you privately for the "solution", as it is in the other famous Twin peaks forum. I didnt realize you cant speak with members here. So sorry, write me at the dugpa forum, or in the fanedit forum, or erase this thread as you want. As i will not share publicly....

Regardless of year, fan (place your own element here - fanediting, fanfiction, fanarchive, fanart, fanvid, etc) derived works have always been popular.  After I saw Fire Walk With Me, I wanted so badly to know everyone else's ending that I wrote 5 scripts, each one about 200 pages each that was, in effect, Season 3.  This was back in 1993 or so.

I certainly don't begrudge anyone wanting to edit the episodes down, or create their own material.  It's fun to read and watch, no doubt.

What's confused everyone here is that you came on board with your first post that contained literally a bunch of technical information about proposed changes but there was nothing that lead us anywhere.  It was like telling us that there was a rabbit hole to go down that contained this cool treasure, but that we had to obtain our own golden shovel and then start picking random spots to dig in in hopes of finding the correct rabbit hole.
