Watching 14 now.

Any new or old theories to be rehashed on who the hell this guy is and why it seems only Chad knows of his existence?

Maybe this guy is alive only in Chad brain.

I've often wondered that.  Is he the ugliness that exists inside of Chad?

A lot of people swear drooly was Billy since this was the part where we find out a teensy bit more about Bill who was bleeding from the nose and mouth in Tina's kitchen after he jumped a 6 ft fence.

I still don't buy into this but I can't exactly refute it either.

There are so many things that I have NO CLUE about and this guy is one of them.  I'm fairly certain he is Billy that everyone is looking for, but he is credited only as the drunk in the credits.

And nobody but Chad (and MAYBE Naido) seem to know he's there.

I never really thought about it before, but Drooly just parrots those around him and Dougie pretty much does the same thing.

I even looked up Jay Aaseng (the actor that played the drunk) and while he has done some interviews, he has provided zero indication as to who the character is (or what).

I finished my rewatch this morning (still none the wiser overall haha) but one thing caught my attention that hadn't before:

Is that engine oil the drunk is drooling? Because it looks pretty dark to me.

It is so hard to tell.  Could be coagulating blood mixed with puss or could be oil.

With your rewatch, although non the wiser, any new theories or details you've noticed in a different light?  It's so weird to me watching it now knowing what actually happens.
